I’m living a unique experience here in Gran Canaria, soaring through its skies and enjoying the most stunning landscapes while capturing everything from above. As a paraglider and video creator, each flight is a new opportunity to connect with nature and capture epic moments that can only be experienced from the air. 🌤️🎥»
Flying in paradise
During these days, I’ve been lucky enough to fly in incredible places like Pico Viento, Tirma, Los Giles, and Las Coloradas, each with its own unique characteristics that have left me speechless. From exciting launches to breathtaking panoramic views, each location has been an unforgettable experience. 🌄🪂
A very special thanks to Christian Fernández Del Valle from Paraglidinggrancanaria.com, who has been my guide on this trip. Thanks to him, I’ve discovered the best takeoff spots on the island, the most perfect places to enjoy the flight and get the best out of each session. 🙏✨ His knowledge and experience have allowed me to explore this place to the fullest, and I’m beyond grateful for how generous he’s been in sharing his wisdom!
Every day, I feel luckier to be surrounded by such beauty and to have the support of incredible people. I’m excited for what’s still ahead in this journey and all that’s left to explore and film! 🌅💨
A take off for all likes
Pico Viento
One of the most iconic takeoffs on the island. When I arrived at Pico Viento, the wind was perfect, and the view of the sea was simply stunning. The soaring wind was great to get the best performance in the flight. The climb was smooth and fast, and I felt total freedom floating above that volcanic landscape, which is so characteristic of the island. 🏞️💨
Tirma
This takeoff took my breath away. Tirma is known for its incredible mountainous landscapes, and flying there was a mystical experience. Christian guided me on how to read the place and make a good transition, crossing impressive valleys while the sun reflected off the mountains. It was a smooth flight, but absolutely fascinating. 🌟⛰️
Los Giles
What an amazing spot! The wind here is constant, and the possibility of doing acrobatic flights and wagas is perfect. I was able to try some maneuvers I had never dared to do before. The feeling of flying close to the slopes and enjoying controlled turns is something I’ll never forget. 😎🔥
Las Coloradas
This was the perfect spot in my visit to the island. Las Coloradas is a spectacular place, known for its wind and views of the northern coast. Flying there was almost like being in a dream: the sensation of floating over the ocean with the wind caressing my face is indescribable. Additionally, we could stay long in the air much longer than an usual flying day, a souvenir thought that I’ll definitely carry with me on future flights. 🌊🕊️
